1) How much do you charge to design my website?
Our web design fee for customizing the predesigned assisted living webpage template is a one-time flat-rate of $299. Each additional photo gallery is $30.
2) What is difference between the Starter and Subscription Packages? The Starter Plan is for the assisted living template populated with your text and photos. If you want to maintain the website yourself all you need is the Starter Plan. You’ll update the website, pay the web hosting fee and annual domain registration fee. If you choose Starter + Subscription this includes our web maintenance, unlimited minor web updates, web hosting fee and domain registration fees.
2) Why is your web design fees so affordable?
We keep the cost down for you by inserting your text and photos into a predesigned website template we’ve created for assisted living homes.
3) What will my assisted living website look like?
See the sample Assisted Living Website before we customize it with your photos and text.
4) How many photos should I upload?
At least 10-12 high quality photos.
5) What size and type of photos should I upload?
4 x 6 inch photos (with the tops longer than the sides) uploaded at 300 dpi is fine. Please do not include any photos of the residents.
6) Do you keep my photos?
No. Once the site is up and running we delete the photos from our server.
7) How do I get started?

8) After you insert my text and photos and the site is up and running are you or I the owner of the site?
You’ll be the owner of the site.
9) What are the on-going fees to maintain my website?
For Starter only plans: you’ll pay the web host $14/month (for an annual subscription) or $18/month (for a monthly subscription) to keep your site active and visible on the internet. Once you set up your payment plan you’ll also select your domain name (we suggest using Google Domains). The domain name renewal rate is usually $12/annually. For the Subscription Plans the Basic Subscription is $39/month and the Pro Subscription is $79/month.
10) Do you offer refunds for the web design or photo package?
No, we do not offer refunds. Your payment pays for our web design services and the assisted living webpage template.
11) Can I add changes to my website (e.g. add or delete photos, change the text) once my site is up and running?
Yes. For the Starter Only Plans you’ll make all the updates yourself. For the Subscription Plans we’ll maintain the site and make all the minor web updates your request.
12) Can I upgrade my plan from Starter to Subscription.
Yes. Just purchase the Basic or Pro Subscription Plan.
13) Can I discontinue my Subscription Plan? Yes, you can cancel any subscription plan at any time but you are billed each quarter. Cancel your subscription plan before the next quarter’s billing. From that point forward you’ll maintain the website on your own.
